Ski Area Rauris - Hochalm
With the "Rauris-Hochalm" lift pass you have access to 30 kilometres of piste and ten modern lift systems. The Gipfelbahn gondola will transport you comfortably up to 2,175 m, where there is a sensational view of the surrounding mountain terrain. In particular, families will enjoy the ski area of the Rauris Hochalm gondola, as the predominantly easy to medium difficulty pistes offer pure fun. Novices usually start off on the generally treeless open pistes at the Gratlift and Wetterkreuzlift. However, this ski area has something to offer even those more experienced and demanding skiers with its interesting pistes, divine deep snow runs and fun park! Particularly recommendable to more experienced skiers is the 4 km long Heimalm-Rauris valley run, as well as the 10 km long valley run from Wetterkreuz to the valley station at Kreuzboden, covering a difference in altitude of 1,230 m.
