Clubhotel Edelweiss
- The family-run 3-star Clubhotel Edelweiss is situated approx. 150 m from the centre of Maurach and can be reached over toll-free roads. It is only approx. 50 m from the Rofan lift. A ski bus stops approx. 20 m from the hotel. Hotel facilities include a reception, lift, Internet access (in the hotel hall), restaurant, newly designed bar-lounge with fireplace, reading room/TV room and sun terrace. A small spa area with Finnish sauna and Roman steam room can be used for free. Also free parking spaces are available.
Furnishing/Board
The cheerfully furnished, Tyrolean-style rooms have a bath or shower/wc, satellite TV, telephone, radio and some with balcony. The included All Inclusive light board consists of a breakfast buffet and a sleep-in breakfast, daily food voucher for a "light lunch" in the ski area (value of voucher €5), skier's snack (15:00 - 16:00) and buffet or 3-course evening meal with salad buffet. Sundays there is a sparkling wine breakfast and once a week there is an Italian and a Tyrolean evening. Each double room receives a beverages gift voucher for €50 (per single room €25).
Entertainment
On the day of arrival all guests receive their club card. This is a form of identification and allows you take part in the entertainment offers for free. A varied entertainment programme is offered for adults and children. Included here are e.g. curling and ice skating, as well as skiing on Sunday, snow-biking, winter torch hiking under the stars, mulled wine party with tobogganing, social evenings, snow shoe hikes, cross-country training and carving test with carving tips for advanced skiers. Furthermore, ski or snowboard equipment or cross-country equipment (incl. boots and poles) for the entire stay are included. If you have your own equipment, you will receive professional ski service instead. Children receive children's equipment and a 5-day children's course with lunch (incl. drink). Further there is also child supervision (Sun-Fri) between 09:00 and 16:30, either in the hotel or in the child area of the ski school (weather dependent). Twice a week there's a children's entertainment programme and supervision in the evening with children's disco and cinema in the hotel.
